should I prepare for aptitude tests?
Yes. Being prepared for aptitude tests is absolutly needed to increase your chances of success. Recruiters also encourage candidates to practice. Having a preparation helps you to understand the nature of the test and improve your speed, accuracy and confidence. And when the number of candidates is large, a strong preparation is needed to stand you out.
Is it a free service?
New user registration is completely free. By registering, you have the opportunity to access some free demo and examples of aptitude tests. To practice and prepare adequately, you need to buy a 'preparation package'. This gives you access to practice tests that include hundreds of sample questions and past questions. Each simulated testing session offers answers, explanations and an accurate scoring assessment to help you evaluate your preparedness for the actual test.
If I have only one or two days before taking the aptitude test, will your preparatory pack help?
Yes, getting some practice is always helpful. However having more practice time is a good idea. So if you are invited to take an aptitude test and have only one day to prepare, you may wish to check out the option of postponing the testing. This is possible with some employers.
How can I purchase a test preparatory package?
» You need first to register to create an account. Registration is free.
» Then you login and click on "Buy Test preparation".
» Choose which test package you want to buy and click "Continue".
» Then select your preferred payment method, click "Continue".
» If you select to pay by Bank transfer or by Cash deposit to Bank, our bank information and follow-up instructions will be displayed.
I want to pay to the bank. What is your bank account details?
To purchase a preparation pack, you must follow this process:
» Log into our website with your Testcentre account username and password. If you don't have a Testcentre account, you must register to obtain one. Registration is free.
» Click on "Buy test preparation pack".
» Select the preparation package you want to buy and click "Continue".
» Select "Pay Cash to Bank" as your preferred payment method and click "Continue".
» Our bank account information and follow-up instructions will be displayed.
How long would I have to wait after payment to get the practice pack?
You would get instant access to your preparation pack if you pay by debit/ATM card (Interswitch Verve, Mastercard or Visa). If you pay by bank deposit or online bank transfer, you would get access within 1 - 8hrs. We accept Naira debit cards from Nigerian banks only.
Will you send me books or paper documents?
No. Our preparation packages are only available on our website, accessed through a username and password.
Will my debit/credit card details be secure if used for payment?
Our online payment option is based on Interswitch, e-tranzact and VoguePay payment processors which are recognized widely as being safe and secure payment solutions.
I have a slow Internet connection. Can I take your online practice tests??
Our online practice tests are designed to suit both high- and slow-speed Internet connections, so, you will not be disadvantaged by having a slow Internet connection.
Are you related to any private/public organization?
No. Testcentre is a product of an independant company . However we are working with Human Resources specialists to develop and offer the right preparation method for job seekers. Having these contacts is crucial for us to make sure that our preparation materials are aligned on the aptitude tests used during recruitment processes.
Can I take your practice tests more than once?
Yes, you can take the test as many times as you need to practice, gain confidence and improve your results. Each time you take an aptitude test , you will get a different set of questions.
Which forms of payment do you accept? Is it safe?
We accept payments by:
» Online payment by naira debit/ATM cards (Interswitch Verve, Visa, Mastercard). This is the fastest means of payment and gives you instant access to your preparation pack. We use leading payment processors Interswitch, e-tranzact and Voguepay and the process is safe and secure.
» Bank transfer.
» Cash deposit into our bank account.

Are your practice tests similar to those I’ll receive in the real thing?
Our practice tests are the closest you can get to the real thing. They are based on past questions and questions designed from careful review of an employer's testing history.
What makes TestCentre's preparatory material better than others?
We provide customised preparatory material for each employer or testing agency. This is the product of extensive review and analysis of the substance and style of their past tests. And we don’t just offer you a list of right and wrong answers! We provide detailed answer explanations for each test question. Reading these explanations is a critical component of your preparation. Can I see some free examples of the practice tests?
Yes, we have free sample of aptitude tests on our website. Login with your registered email address and password and you would find a free sample practice pack under "Available Practice Tests".
Where do you get your practice questions from?
Our practice materials includes some past questions of the actual test as well as questions designed in consultation with HR advisors to reflect the nature, style and difficulty the actual test..
Is your test preparation package the same for all employers?
No. Each preparation package is tailored to a specific employer or testing agency and you should purchase the preparation package that is specific to the employer or testing agency whose aptitude test you are preparing for.
Can I share my Testcentre account with a friend or a colleague?
No. Each account is linked to an individual person. For safety reason, our security system will not accept two connections at the same time from different computers.
I prefer not to provide my card details online. What can I do?
We also accept payments by bank transfer or direct cash deposits. Choose either of this options when making a purchase.
Can the practice pack be sent to me by email?
No. The preparatory pack will be available only from within your Testcentre account page. You would have to log into our website with your Testcentre account details to access the preparation pack.
